Technical Assistance for the Provision of Engineering/Consulting Services in Support of the Implementation of the Reduction of Unintentional Persistent Organic Pollutants (UPOPs) Project n in Lebanon
In December 2024, JV “EPEM Engineering – SES - EPEM” has been contracted by UNOPS to provide “Technical Assistance for the Provision of Engineering/Consulting Services in Support of the Implementation of the Reduction of Unintentional Persistent Organic Pollutants (UPOPs) Project in Lebanon”. The project includes the following:
- Update the Solid Waste Management Master Plans in Akkar, Nabatiyeh and Tyre service zones;
- Conduct Feasibility Studies & Cost Recovery Mechanisms for Srar-Akkar & Iqlim el Toufah Projects;
- Update and Develop the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Studies for the SWM projects in Srar-Akkar and develop the ESIA in Nabatiyeh (Iqlim el Touffah project);
Design & Supervision services for 2 Sanitary landfills (Srar – Akkar, Iqlim el Toufah).
